TradeGradeAI ("we", "us") operates the TradeGradeAI application at tradegradeai.com, a market structure analysis and trade-tracking tool. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

• Account data: email address and authentication credentials when you sign up.
• Usage data: the markets, timeframes and setups you scan or track, and your app settings (language, notification preferences).
• Disclaimer acknowledgments: date and time, language, country, IP address and browser/device information, kept as a permanent record of your acceptance.
• Notification data: push notification subscriptions, phone number (only if you enable SMS alerts) and email delivery records.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Survey feedback: your answers to our product-feedback survey, seen only by our team and never published.
• Technical data: approximate country (from your connection), browser type and error logs used to keep the service reliable.

• To provide the service: run your scans, track your setups and deliver your alerts.
• To keep legal records of your acceptance of our risk disclaimer.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve reliability, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
• To send service-related emails (alerts you configured, account and billing notices). We do not send marketing email without your consent.

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never share your trading activity, watchlists or setups with other users.
• We never publish your survey answers or display them with your name or email.
• We never store your brokerage account numbers or payment card numbers.

We use a small number of service providers to operate: cloud hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), payment processing (Stripe), market data providers, and email/push/SMS delivery services. Each processes only the data needed for its function and is bound by its own privacy obligations.

Account and usage data is kept while your account is active. Disclaimer acceptance records are kept permanently as legal evidence of consent. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see below); legal-consent records may be retained where required.

Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA, UK and Canada), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the in-app Support page.

We use encrypted connections, row-level access controls on all personal data, and restrict administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach affecting your data where required by law.

TradeGradeAI is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy materially, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect. The "last updated" date above always shows the current version.
