Terms of Service

TradeGradeAI is a software tool that provides technical market analysis, setup tracking and alerts. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Risk Disclaimer.

TradeGradeAI is not a financial advisor, broker, dealer or investment service. All analyses, entry zones, stop losses, targets, alerts and scores are technical information generated by software — not investment advice, not recommendations, and not guarantees of any outcome. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make. See the Risk Disclaimer, which you must accept before running analyses.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute or publicly republish the analyses, signals or data provided by the service.
• Scrape, automate bulk access, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Interfere with the service's operation or other users' access.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

• Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe) at the price shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Plans: Free ($0), Starter ($29.99/month), Pro ($59.99/month) and VIP ($129.99/month), each with the usage limits shown on the Pricing page. Daily limits reset at 00:00 and weekly limits on Monday at 00:00, New York time.
• Automatic renewal. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize TradeGradeAI LLC to charge your selected payment method the plan price each month, starting on the day you subscribe, until you cancel. We record this authorization with its date, time and wording.
• There is no free trial of paid plans. The permanent Free plan lets you evaluate TradeGradeAI before subscribing, with no payment card required.
• You can cancel online at any time from Billing. You keep access until the paid period ends, then your account returns to Free. Your history is not deleted.
• VIP fair use. "Unlimited" tracked setups means no fixed weekly or concurrent cap, for one person's own personal trading. It does not cover sharing, reselling, automated or scripted mass tracking, or activity that materially degrades service for other members. VIP manual scans remain limited to 100 per day, and Automated Scanning and Auto Track are limited to 3 selected pairs. If usage clearly exceeds normal personal trading, we will contact you first and may temporarily limit new tracked setups; existing tracked setups are not deleted.
• If a payment fails, we will ask you to update your card; if it is not resolved, your account returns to Free.
• If you move to a plan with lower limits, existing tracked setups continue until they close, but new ones cannot be added until you are under the new limit.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to your next renewal.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and alerts may be delayed or fail to deliver. You must not rely on the service as your only source of market information or risk management.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeGradeAI and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; legal-consent records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
